Warm up/Physical training
These three shoulder exercises, provided by Marching Health, help establish shoulder strength and flexibility that translate directly to the marching activity for all performers.
Marching: Slow tempo marching
This curved path exercise helps students practice and perfect the feel of marching in a curved path combined with forwards and backwards directions at a slow tempo.
Assessment opportunity:
Students will perform exercise on camera using the provided UDBapp file. Video can be submitted for review by directors, staff, section leaders, or peers.

Slow Tempo Challenge
Students will learn the choreography and drill that are the components of the slow tempo challenge.
Assessment opportunity:
Students will record themselves performing the UDB Moves Me Challenge taught in the video. Video can be submitted for review by directors, staff, section leaders, or peers.

How to access UDBapp song files
All UDB Virtual Curriculum UDBapp song files are hosted in a special account accessible by you and your students. Each user will add their personal account to the UDB Virtual Curriculum ensemble.
From the UDBapp home screen:
1. Tap the three dots in the top left corner of the screen
2. Tap + Add Ensemble
