Warm up/Physical training
These three shoulder exercises, provided by Marching Health, help establish shoulder strength and flexibility that translate directly to the marching activity for all performers.

This curved path exercise helps students practice and perfect the feel of marching in a curved path combined with forwards and backwards directions at a slow tempo.
Students will perform exercise on camera using the provided UDBapp file. Video can be submitted for review by directors, staff, section leaders, or peers.
